I work FIFO, can I still get treatment?

Yes, our clinic caters for patients who have a FIFO schedule. We can offer you treatment courses of acupuncture over a short period of time and give you herbs to take over the time when your away. We also have a distance practice service where you can have a herbal consultation over the phone or email and have the herbs posted to you at your remote location. Discuss this with Marie at your next appointment if you need a treatment regimen around your work schedule and we will do our best to fit you in.

Do you treat pregnant women?
There are many conditions in pregnancy which Chinese medicine can treat effectively. Our Morning sickness, back pain, tiredness are common complaints in pregnancy treated with acupuncture or herbs. Chinese massage can be used for back or neck pain. Acupuncture is a well known treatment to induce labor. However, we encourage women to do a course of pre-birth acupuncture, weekly treatments starting 4 weeks before due date. Pre-birth acupuncture is designed to help smooth the flow of energy and Blood before the birth, and can also help treat side effects of the last month of pregnancy like back pain and ankle swelling. Marie has extensive experience in bringing on labor and general conditions treated in pregnancy.
