Emotions are one of the 3 main causes of illness. Considered preventable in Chinese medicine, so its worth investigating how physical imbalance can lead to emotional imbalance and visa versa. Constitution in CM is your genetic makeup – they way you were born. Somewhat irrevocable, each type has pros and cons, positive health benefits and negative health consequences if left to its own devices – Wet /Damp and Dry, Cold and Hot etc. this lesson helps explain why some people struggle with weight (in either direction), are prone to certain illnesses and why some people seem to be able to do “all the wrong things” to their body, yet stay healthy!
