New Year Online Consultation and Health Goals Coaching :
This includes two consultations :
1. Initial Chinese Medicine based Consultation and health goals coaching with focus on physical and/or mental health goals and addressing symptoms based on self-care options within the scope of Chinese Medicine (Acupressure, diet therapy, herbal teas). This session will be online over zoom and takes one hour
2. Follow Up Chinese Medicine based consultation and health goals coaching – half hour session
Consultations Value:
Initial Online Consultation $220 AUD (one hour)
Follow-Up Online Consultation $110 AUD (half-hour)
Terms and Conditions:
1. Consultations may include referral to local practitioners(s) where required or requested.
2. Both consultations must be taken between 4th January 2024 and 28th February 2024. If consultations are not booked within the time period above, the monies paid are forefit and no refund will be given.
3. It is up to the purchaser to book the appointments, via the booking link that will be provided by email within 24 hours of purchase.
4. An initial consultation consent form will be provided, and must be filled out and returned signed before the first consultation can proceed.
5. This service is not redeemable for cash.
6. Booked appointments cannot be changed or rescheduled unless in the case of a genuine emergency, which must be discussed with Marie Hopkinson
