This is 100% Essential Oils designed to be ADDED TO your massage oil for a beautiful uplifting massage oil.
Add 1-2 drops into the massage oil in the palm of your hand as needed or infuse into your own massage oil at the recommended ratio of 1 ml (20 drops) per 50mls of massage oil. stronger can be used for more invigorating /warming /tiger balm type application. test /check for allergies first before applying on your skin or someone else’s skin.
