Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY:

As per Australian consumer law. If your product is faulty or not fit for purpose, we will offer a replacement item, or refund.

If your item has not arrived and you are concerned ( please be aware we are located in Perth WA and it can take up to 10 days to reach you if YOU are in a rural area). Normal transit time is 7 days. … please contact us by email or phone first so we can do everything possible to track down your parcel, or send you a suitable replacement product if we have stock available. PHONE: 08 9275 1999 – leave a voice message (WITH YOUR PHONE NUMBER because our machine does not record the numbers ) and we will get back to you if we don’t answer the phone immediatley. 1. Please contact by email or phone message as soon as you are aware something is wrong.

2. We will ask you for proof of your claim (Eg photo of the damage or faulty product or description as to how you believe it is not ‘fit for purpose’) .

3. We will do our best to come to a suitable resolution with you, either replace the product or refund the Money.

4. Depending on the product and your location we may ask you to return the faulty item. If this is the case we will pay for the cost of shipping /organise a courier pickup.

We will not replace or refund items because you have changed your mind, no longer want the item or do not like the taste /smell.

We are a sound bricks and mortar store operating in business since 2002, and We want to do the right thing in our business and will work with you to come to a solution that fits within our policy and ensures you have the right products.

Downloadable courses are NOT eligible for a refund of any sort, as per the Terms and conditions clearly stated on each course product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

If a refund is approved, a Refund is given on the amount you paid for the product or course.
